I started Northeast Moving LLC in November of 2017 after noticing the need for a reliable delivery service for my local Big Lots. Customers who had no other means of transporting their newly purchased merchandise, were at the mercy of whatever random delivery service was offered to them, not knowing when or if their merchandise was going to be delivered.

This is what led me to making sure reliability would be at the foundation of my company. Reliability to be accessible when a customer was ready to schedule or had any questions. Reliability to show up on the day and during the timeframe that was given. Reliability to deliver the items safely into the home no matter how tight the fit or delicate the item.

We slowly started to pick up more and more Big Lots locations as our reputation as a reliable delivery service made its way across Northeast Ohio. At our peak, we were delivering for 15 Big Lots locations in the Cleveland area, while also maintaining numerous other relationships in the area. This in turn led to an extremely high volume of deliveries, each one gaining us valuable experience.

With Big Lots closing, we have decided to shift our focus more towards local moving. With well over 10k deliveries completed in the past 7 years, our crew is one of the most experienced movers in the area, and we are excited to bring this vast knowledge to each and every one of our customers.
